This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit danydeee.com. We take your privacy seriously and process personal data only as far as this is necessary or you have given your consent.

2. Overview of processing and legal bases
We process personal data on the following legal bases: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), performance of a contract or steps prior to entering into a contract, such as answering a booking enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional and attractive website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where information is stored on or read from your device (for example by cookies), this additionally requires your consent under Section 25 of the German Telecommunications Digital Services Data Protection Act (TDDDG), unless it is strictly necessary to provide the service you requested.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Hostinger (Hostinger International Ltd. and its affiliated companies). When you visit the website, the web server automatically processes technical data in log files, in particular your IP address, date and time of the request, the requested page, the referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website, to ensure its stability and security and to defend against attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are kept only for a limited period and are not combined with other data sources. We have a data processing agreement with the hosting provider.
4. Cookie consent
This website uses the consent tool Complianz. It shows a cookie banner on your first visit and stores your choice in a technical cookie on your device so that your decision is respected on later visits. This storage is necessary to document and apply your consent settings (Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR). You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Manage consent” button shown on the website. Details on the cookies in use are listed in our Cookie Policy.
5. Contact and booking enquiries
If you contact us by email or use the contact form, we process the data you provide: name, email address, event type, event date, event venue, subject and your message. We use this data only to answer your enquiry and to prepare and carry out a booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general enquiries). The form submission is sent by email to info@danydeee.com and is not stored in the website database. We delete enquiries once they are dealt with and no contract has been concluded, as a rule after twelve months at the latest, unless statutory retention duties (for example tax law) require longer storage. Our email is processed by our email provider as a processor.
6. Google Analytics 4
If you consent, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”), to understand how visitors use our website and to improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies and processes data such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information and pseudonymous identifiers. IP addresses are not logged or stored in Google Analytics 4. Google may transfer data to the USA and other third countries; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG). Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded. Analytics data is retained according to the retention setting of our Google Analytics property (by default 2 months for event data). 7. Embedded content (YouTube, SoundCloud)
Our pages may embed videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) and audio from SoundCloud (SoundCloud Limited, Berlin, Germany). These embeds are loaded only after you have given your consent. Until then, a placeholder is shown and no data is transmitted to the provider. When the content is loaded, the provider receives your IP address and technical information, and may set cookies and recognise you across websites. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw consent at any time via the “Manage consent” button. 8. Google Maps and other Google scripts
Our website theme may include Google Maps and Google API scripts. These are loaded only after you have consented to the corresponding category in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG). Without your consent, no connection to Google servers is established for this purpose.
9. Fonts
The fonts used on this website are stored on our own server. When you visit the website, your browser does not connect to Google Fonts servers.
10. Links to social media and external websites
This website contains links to external websites such as Instagram, YouTube and SoundCloud. These are plain links: no data is transmitted to these providers until you click a link. After clicking, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies. We have no influence on the content or data processing of external websites.
11. Storage period
We store personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law. Data processed on the basis of consent is deleted or no longer used once you withdraw your consent, unless we are legally obliged or entitled to keep it.
12. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21).
